Its secluded pool area also makes it suitable for conservative couples.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, a cozy seating area, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool, measuring 3.5 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. The secluded pool area provides complete privacy for sunbathing and relaxation.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, provided no damage occurs.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by villa staff.

Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
