Accommodation:

This villa features four comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 4.5 * 11 meters and has a depth of 1.7 meters. The pool also features a built-in jacuzzi.

Other Amenities:

The villa also features a cinema room, a gym, a billiard table, a table tennis table, private parking for two vehicles, and a laundry room.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of £200 is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by a dedicated staff member.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.

NOTE: The minimum stay during the summer season is seven nights. Stays shorter than seven nights may be possible upon approval from the villa owner. A cleaning fee of £100 applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
