Accommodation:

• Master Bedroom: This elegant suite boasts a double bed, a private jacuzzi, a spacious wardrobe, a stylish dressing table, a convenient bedside table, refreshing air conditioning, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom.
• Second Bedroom: This comfortable room features a double bed, a practical wardrobe, a charming dressing table, a handy bedside table, cooling air conditioning, and a private bathroom-WC.
• Third Bedroom: Another welcoming room offers a double bed, ample wardrobe space, a vanity area with a dressing table, a useful bedside table, individual air conditioning control, and a dedicated bathroom-WC.
• Fourth Bedroom: The final bedroom provides a double bed, a sizable wardrobe, a dressing table for added convenience, a bedside table, personal air conditioning, and a private bathroom-WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for culinary creations. The inviting living room features a large-screen TV, comfortable seating, a stylish coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

A stunning infinity pool, measuring 4.5 * 10 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters, is a highlight of this property. A separate shallow pool (1.8 * 3.8 meters) is also available for younger guests or those seeking a more relaxed bathing experience.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, provided no damage or loss has occurred.

General:

Weekly rates include all utilities: electricity, water, and bottled gas. This property is meticulously cleaned and prepared for each guest's arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in every room. A dedicated attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL will be applied.
