Located in Hisarönü, Fethiye, one of Muğla's unique holiday resorts, Villa Polina 1 sleeps six and is one of our city-center villas with a jacuzzi.

Room Details:

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

Our villa is equipped with sufficient kitchenware to meet all your needs, as well as a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities in the living room.

Pool Details:

Our villa has a 4x7 meter pool with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 7,500 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure provided no damage, loss, or damage is detected.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and bottled gas are included in the monthly fee. The villa is delivered to you without any issues and with all necessary towels, linens, etc. provided. A concierge maintains the pool and garden daily.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee will be charged.
