Villa Pisa

Villa Pisa;          

             This is one of our conservative villas located in Sarıbelen, Kalkan, with a capacity of 2 people and a view of the mountains. Villa Pisa is a perfect fit for a couple on their honeymoon, we have a jacuzzi and an indoor heated pool.

Room information:

               1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area: 

           Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information: 

            Our pool measures 3.50* 8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters

            The indoor heated pool measures at 2*5 meters with a depth of 1.10 meters

NOTE: Between the months of October- March the heating system in the pool is available and is 750TL

Damage deposit:

         Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us,we will have the villa checked for damage, if no problems occur you may recieve your 2.000TL back.

İmportant information:

           Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of your arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. There will be a fee of 1.000TL for cleaning if your stay is under 7 nights.
