• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, a cozy seating area, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• A villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period during the summer season is 4 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
