• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and shared bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a pool measuring 5 x 6 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺7,500 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage is found.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff once a day.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺6,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
