Villa Perseid

Villa Perseid; 

              This villa is located in Yalı, Patara, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Perseid has a capacity of 2 people with a sea view, a heated pool and is surrounded by nature. Our villa is perfectly fitting for a couple on a honeymoon or a conservative small family.

Dont be late for the holiday beyond your dreams. 

NOTE: The last 4km of the road to our villa is stabilized dirt. Also villa Talya and Villa Mirbiş next door.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool with a sea view measures 4*11 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

              İndoor heated  pool measures at 3*3.9 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters

NOTE: The heating system in the pool has a weekly fee of 7.000TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 4.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 4.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 1.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
