Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC with a jacuzzi-featured indoor pool, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pools:

• Outdoor Pool: 4 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters.
• Indoor Pool (with Jacuzzi Feature): 2.5 x 3 meters with a depth of 1.15 meters.

Note: Heating for the indoor pool is available upon request for an additional daily fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira).

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage is found.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees will be charged for these.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Note II :

• The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
