Accommodation
The villa features a beautifully designed bedroom with a double bed, a luxurious jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a nightstand, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The en-suite bathroom offers a toilet and completes this private sanctuary.

Kitchen and Living Area
The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, providing all the necessary utensils and appliances for a smooth and comfortable stay. The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy seating area, a coffee table, a TV, and other essential furnishings, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Infinity Pool
The villa boasts an impressive infinity pool, measuring 4x5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. With the stunning backdrop of nature and the sea, it is an ideal spot to enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.

Damage Deposit
A refundable cash deposit of  3,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damage, loss, or issues arise during your stay, the deposit will be returned in full at check-out.

General Information
All utilities, including electricity, water, and gas, are included in the weekly rental fee, with no extra charges. The villa is delivered in pristine condition, with fresh towels, linens, and all essential amenities provided. Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is carried out by a dedicated staff member to ensure the villa’s upkeep throughout your stay.

• For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies.
