Villa Patika 5; 

           This villa is located in Kördere, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 2 people. A small family or a couple on their honeymoon can experience peace and happiness in our infinity pool, with a mountain and sea view in our magnificent villa.

Room information:

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

   Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

              Our pool measures 3*5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

        Upon check in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 2.000TL back.

General information:

                   The electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival. You will find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights. There will be a fee of of 1.200TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights.
