Villa Paris is one of our villas located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most exquisite holiday destinations, accommodating up to six guests. This magnificent property offers an unforgettable getaway where you can experience tranquility and joy with family and friends, complemented by breathtaking nature and sea views and a stunning infinity pool.

NOTE: This property is located within a complex featuring 24-hour monitored security cameras at the entrance and a children's playground.

Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils. The living area offers a TV, comfortable seating, and a coffee table.

Pool Information:

Guests can enjoy a private infinity pool measuring 4 meters by 14.5 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters. A separate shallow pool measures 1.8 meters by 2.8 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of 4,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in full upon departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental rate. The property is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included.

NOTE: The minimum stay is three nights. A supplemental cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays of less than five nights.
