Villa Panama;

                     This is one of our conservative villas located in Yeşilköy, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people and is surrounded by nature. Villa Panama is modernly designed with a garden, a childrens play area, table tennis and foosball for your friends and families to enjoy.

Room information:

                      1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner and a bathroom and toilet.

                      2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobes, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditoner and a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area:

                    Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kıtchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

                    Our pool measures 3.5*13 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters

Damage deposit: 

                Upon check-in you will have to provide 4.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage, if no problems occur you may recieve your 4.000TL back.

İmportant information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance will come once everyday. Also electtricity, water and gas will be included in the total fee. So additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be an extra fee of 2.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights.
