Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.
Pool information:
Our pool measures 3.90*13 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters
An indoor heated pool that measures at 2.45*4.80 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.
NOTE: Between the dates of 1 October- 20 April the heating system is avaikable and there is no fee. Any other dates, there is a daily fee of 1.000TL
Damage deposit:
Upon check in you will have to provide 4.000TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive your 4.000TL back.
General information:
The electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival. You will find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. For extra clean towels, bedsheets etc there will be an extra fee.
NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of of 3.000TL for cleaning if you stay under 6 nights.
