Located in the heart of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most exceptional holiday destinations, Villa Özgür offers stunning sea views and accommodates up to 4 guests. It's an ideal choice for small families or honeymoon couples, ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable experience.

Room Details:

• 1st Bedroom: A comfortable double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/WC make this room the perfect retreat.

• 2nd Bedroom: Featuring two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/WC, this room provides comfort and convenience.

Kitchen and Living Room:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to meet your needs. The living room offers a relaxing space with a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furniture, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Pool Details:

The outdoor pool, measuring 3.2 * 5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, offers an ideal space for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun.

Indoor Pool:

An indoor pool, 2 * 5.5 meters in size with a depth of 1.20 meters, is available for swimming in any weather, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Activating the heated pool comes with an additional daily fee of 1,000 TL.

Damage Deposit:

At check-in, a damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required, which will be refunded after check-out, assuming no damage or issues are found.

General Information:

The rental price covers electricity, water, and gas, with no extra charges for these utilities. The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, bed linens, and pillowcases provided for your comfort and hygiene. Requests for additional cleaning, towels, or linens will incur extra charges.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Minimum stay is 5 nights throughout the year, including the period from June 16th to September 15th. For stays under 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL will apply.
