Villa Otantik; 

             This villa is located in Bezirgan, Kalkan. Our villa is surrounded by nature and is a perfect fit for a couple on their honeymoons.

Villa Otantik with its amazing design and comfortable furnishings, you and your family are guaranteed an a amazing holiday. Our kitchen is designed as an American kitchen with all the utensils you may need. İn the garden we also have a barbeque area that you can enjoy you time here.

Villa Otantik has 2 bicycles so you can tour the village and in our garden we also have foosball,  table tennis and a hammock.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*8 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 6 nights
