Villa Otantik Duo; 

           This is one of ourconservative villas located in Ortaalan, Kalkan, one of the best holiday resorts in Antalya. With a capacity of 11 people this be very comfortable for a big family or even a big group of friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the sea. Our villa, has an amazing location  so that makes much more easier for you to get to places.

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

                     4.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers,a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                     5.Bedroom:  1 single bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer and air conditioner

NOTE: Bedroom 5 and 6 share a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                 Our pool measures 4*8.5 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £80 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £80 back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily pool and garden maintenance will come. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of £50 for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
