Note: The villa is situated within a secure complex, featuring 24/7 surveillance cameras at the entrance and a dedicated children's playground within its grounds.

Living Spaces:
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen, providing all the necessary appliances and utensils for self-catering. The living area features a TV, comfortable seating arrangements, a coffee table, and other essential furnishings.
Pool Area:
Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.6m x 9m, with a depth of 1.45m.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of ₺3,000 is required upon arrival, payable in cash. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
General Information:
Utilities, including electricity, water, and gas, are included in the weekly rental rate. The villa is meticulously prepared for each arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in every room. A dedicated staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance.
Note: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Stays shorter than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺2,500.
