Villa Orkide 1: A Sea View Retreat in Kalkan's Kördere

Located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Orkide 1 offers accommodation for up to six guests. This villa offers beautiful sea views and is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

Accommodation:

The villa features three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils for meal preparation. The inviting living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 5 meters by 10 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters. A separate children's pool measuring 3 meters by 1 meter is also available.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 6,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

For stays shorter than six nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL will be charged.
