Important Note: This villa is located within a site with shared facilities, including 24/7 security cameras at the site entrance and a children's playground.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 3.6 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by staff.

Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
