Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private, secluded swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 17.5 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 15,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

Important Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental rate. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Additional towels and linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of five nights. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,500 TL will be charged.
