Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, individually controlled air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, and individually controlled air conditioning.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, and individually controlled air conditioning.

NOTE: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

Kitchen and Lounge Area:

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting lounge area features comfortable seating, a television, a coffee table, and other tasteful furnishings.

Pool Information:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 7.5 meters with a depth of 1.70 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 2,500 TL (Turkish Lira) is required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Important Information:

Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by dedicated staff. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Important Notes:

• The minimum rental period is 5 nights throughout the year.
• A supplemental cleaning fee of 1,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
