Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The comfortable living area features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Outdoor Oasis:

• Private Pool: Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private 3 x 6 meter pool (1.55 meters deep). The pool area is designed for privacy and is not overlooked.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 4,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out after a satisfactory inspection.

General Information:

• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our dedicated staff.
• All utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay is 3 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 6 nights.
