Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. The inviting living area features a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Outdoor Oasis:

• Private Pool: Take a refreshing dip in your private 3 x 8 meter pool (1.55 meters deep).
• Children's Pool: A separate shallow pool (2 x 4 meters, 0.35 meters deep) is also available, providing a safe and fun space for children.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out after a satisfactory inspection.

General Information:

• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our dedicated staff, ensuring a pristine environment.
• All utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and receives a mid-stay clean for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay is 4 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 6 nights.
