Villa Muses Thalia : A Sea View Villa with Sauna and Children's Pool in Kalkan Center
Located in the center of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Muses Thalia is a sea view villa with a sauna and accommodation for up to 10 guests. It is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.
Accommodation:
All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 1: Includes one double bed and a bathtub.
- Bedroom 2: Includes one double bed.
- Bedroom 3: Includes one double bed.
- Bedroom 4: Includes one double bed.
- Bedroom 5: Offers two single beds.
Kitchen and Living Area:
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.
Pools:
The villa has a private pool measuring 9 meters by 13 meters, with a depth of 1.50 meters. There is also a separate children's pool measuring 5 meters by 7 meters, with a depth of 20 cm.
Damage Deposit:
A security deposit of 200 GBP (British Pounds) is payable by bank transfer upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
General Information:
Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases are provided in each bedroom. Additional cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are available for an extra charge.
Important Information:
The minimum rental period is one night throughout the season. Stays shorter than eight nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 200 GBP.
