This spacious villa features three comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a bathtub, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This room features two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures an impressive 9 * 13 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of £200 is payable into an account upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.

NOTE: A minimum stay of one night is required throughout the season. A cleaning fee of £150 applies to stays shorter than eight nights.
