Bedroom Details:

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area is furnished with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.50 by 9 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

Note:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
