• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

The villa is fully equipped with kitchen utensils to meet all your needs. The living room offers a TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, and other furnishings for relaxation.

Pool Information:

Private pool measuring 4x8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 5,000 TRY is required upon arrival. If no damages, losses, or issues arise, the deposit will be refunded in full at check-out.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the weekly rental fee. The villa is delivered clean, with fresh towels, bed linens, and essentials provided in each room. Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is managed by villa staff.

Note: Minimum rental duration is 4 nights. For stays of 7 nights or less, an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 TRY applies.
