Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 3: Offers two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 5: Includes one double bed.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

The villa has a private pool measuring 4 meters by 11 meters, with a depth of 1.65 meters. The pool features a Jacuzzi at one end.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 100 GBP (British Pounds) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than six nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 100 GBP.
