• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, and balcony (bathroom and WC are outside the room).
• Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC, and balcony.

Kitchen and Living Room

The villa is equipped with all essential kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs. The living area features a TV, seating group, coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Pool & Outdoor Area

• Private pool: 10m x 4m, with a depth of 1.5m.

• Poolside amenities include table tennis, foosball, a children’s play area, a dining table, a swing, a seating area, and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment.

Damage Deposit

A 6,000 TL refundable damage deposit is collected in cash upon check-in. If no damages, losses, or issues are detected upon check-out, the deposit is fully refunded.

General Information

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price.
• The villa is delivered to guests in a clean and well-prepared condition, with fresh towels and linens in every room.
• A dedicated staff member maintains the pool and garden daily.

Note: The minimum stay is 4 nights. For stays under 7 nights, a 7,000 TL additional cleaning fee applies.
