• First Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Second Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Third Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

A fully-equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, and tasteful decor, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

Pool Information:

Private pool measuring 4x9 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters, offering an ideal space for unwinding.

Damage Deposit:

Upon arrival, a cash damage deposit of 7,500 TRY is required. Refundable at check-out, provided no damages occur during the stay.

Important Information:

Electricity, water, and gas costs included in the weekly fee. Pre-arrival cleaning ensures a pristine villa with fresh towels and bed linens in all rooms. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out occurs at 10:00 AM on the departure day.

Note: Minimum rental duration is 5 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TRY applies.
