Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 by 7 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters, offering stunning sea views. There is also a separate children's pool measuring 2 by 4 meters with a depth of 0.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 7,500 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

Important Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and fresh towels and linens are provided in each room. Check-in time is 4:00 PM (16:00), and check-out time is 10:00 AM (10:00).

Note: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 7,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
