Villa Metehan; 

            This is one of our conservative villas, located in Akbel, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 6 people, a view of the mountains, a jacuzzi and a childrens pool.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information:

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

                     2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

                     3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet

Mutfak ve Salon Bilgileri; 

              Villamızda tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak mutfak araç gereçleri bulunmaktadır. Salonumuzda; TV, oturma grubu, sehpa vb. eşyalar bulunmaktadır. 

Kitchen and lounge area information:

   Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

              Our pool measures 4*7 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters

             The childrens pool measures at 2*4 meters with a depth of 0.50cm

Damage deposit:

        Upon check in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 5.000TL back.

 İmportant information: 

                 Pool and garden maintenance will come once every day. Also, the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of arrival. The entrance time to the villa is 16:00 and the on the last day the check out time is 10:00

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights. There will be a fee of of 2.500TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights.
