Villa Merak

Located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, Villa Merak is one of our villas that can accommodate up to 12 people. It is a luxurious, sea-view holiday villa where you can enjoy a wonderful vacation with your large family, friends, or groups. With its stunning view, it is also a perfect choice for honeymoon couples.

Room Details:

All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table, hairdryer, bathroom, and toilet.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

The villa is fully equipped with kitchenware to meet all your needs. Additionally, the living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Details:

The villa features a 4.5x13 meter pool with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A cash damage deposit of 20,000 TL is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full at check-out if no damages or losses are reported.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas are included in the weekly rental price. The villa will be delivered with fresh towels, linens, and necessary items in each room. A villa attendant will perform daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note: The minimum rental duration throughout the season is 4 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 9,000 TL will be charged.
