The villa features a private, secluded pool area, ensuring privacy for conservative families and groups.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by staff.

Note:

• The minimum rental period throughout the season is 4 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺1,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
