Villa Masalinko : A Luxurious Sea View Villa with Heated Indoor Pool in Kalkan

Located in Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Masalinko offers a luxurious holiday experience with sea views and a heated indoor pool, accommodating up to eight guests.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and a TV.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed.
• Bedroom 4: Offers two single beds.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 15 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.55 meters. A heated indoor pool measuring 3 meters by 6 meters, with a depth of 1.1 meters, is also available.

Note: Heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional daily fee of 1,500 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 10,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is four nights. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.
