Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your every need. The comfortable living area is furnished with a TV, a comfortable seating arrangement, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Pool Details:

The villa boasts a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 3 by 9 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, perfect for refreshing dips and leisurely swims.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

Note:

The minimum stay is 3 nights. A cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
