Villa Malina; 

   This villa ıs one of our luxury villas and  is located in Kalamar in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 10 people. Villa Malina is in the nature with a sea view, very close to the center, markets and entertainment venues.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 5*14 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

NOTE: For the heated pool there is a weekly fee of £300.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 6.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 6.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 7 nights. Entry-Exit days are determined as Saturday.
