Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 11 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 200 GBP is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 200 GBP.
