Pool:

The private pool measures 4 * 9 meters and has a depth of 1.4 meters, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool is screened for complete privacy.

Accommodation:

All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The comfortable living room offers a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 4,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

Essential Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
• All utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

NOTE: A minimum stay of four nights is required. Stays shorter than six nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TL.
