Villa Lorin: A Sea View Retreat with Heated Indoor Pool near the Beach in Kalkan's Ordu

Located in the Ordu area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Lorin is a sea view villa with a capacity of six guests, situated near the beach. The villa features a heated indoor pool and a Jacuzzi.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and a Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 9 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters. A shallow pool measuring 2 meters by 4 meters is also available. A heated indoor pool measuring 3 meters by 5 meters, with a depth of 1.20 meters, is also provided.

Note: The heated indoor pool is active from November 1st to April 30th, and heating is included in the total price during this period.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 7,500 TL (Turkish Lira) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the last day.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TL.
