Villa London: A Luxurious Retreat in Kalkan's Ortalan/Center

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, a bathtub, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 4.5 meters by 14.5 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.70 meters. A separate indoor heated pool measuring 3 meters by 5 meters, with a depth of 1.70 meters, is also available.

Note: Heating for the outdoor pool is available for an additional daily fee of 1,200 TL, and heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional daily fee of 700 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 7,000 TL is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is seven nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.
