Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, TV, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a pleasant stay.

Pool Area:

Guests can enjoy a private pool measuring 3 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters. There is also a shallow pool measuring 2.3 x 3 meters.

Important Note Regarding Ceiling Height: The ceiling height in Villa Liza is a maximum of 2.05 meters and a minimum of 1.95 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

General Information:

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price.
• The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• A villa attendant performs daily pool and garden maintenance.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 1,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
