Pool details

• Outdoor pool: 3.5x11 meters, with a depth of 1.50 meters.
• Shallow pool: 2x3.5 meters, ideal for relaxation.

Damage deposit

A 5,000 TL deposit is required at check-in. If no damages or losses are found at check-out, the deposit will be fully refunded.

• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the price.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for guests.

Note: Minimum stay is 4 nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than 7 nights require an additional 3,500 TL cleaning fee.
