Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Area:

• Outdoor Pool: Enjoy the spacious 4 x 12 meter outdoor pool with a depth of 1.65 meters.
• Indoor Heated Pool: Relax and unwind in the private 3 x 5 meter indoor heated pool (1.10 meters deep).

Important Note about Indoor Pool Heating: Indoor pool heating is available for an additional fee of 1,500 TL per day during the months of January, February, March, April, October, November, and December.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out after a satisfactory inspection.

General Information:

• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our dedicated staff.
• All utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay is 4 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
