Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 4.5 meters by 14 meters, with a depth of 1.70 meters. A separate indoor and heated children's pool is also available, measuring 3 meters by 6 meters with a depth of 0.90 meters.

Note: Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee of 1,200 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 6,000 TL is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is seven nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights may be possible upon approval from the villa owner and are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL.
