Villa La Mer; 

          It is one of our villas with a capacity of 8 people located in Kalkan Kördere, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya. It is a magnificent villa with a sea view where you will experience peace and happiness, a children's playground, and an infinity pool where you will have a pleasant holiday with your family and friends.

NOTE: Villa La Mer has a generator in case of power outage.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table,  a safe, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a safe, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a safe, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

                     4.Bedroom:  1 single bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table,a safe, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool Information;

        Our villa has an outdoor pool with dimensions of 5.25 * 12.5 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters, a children's pool with dimensions of 2.5 * 3 meters and a jacuzzi with dimensions of 2.5 * 2 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 6.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 6.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of of 4.000TL for cleaning if you stay under 5 nights.
