Villa La Mer Azur; 

               It is one of our villas with a capacity of 8 people located in Kalkan Kördere, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya. It is a magnificent villa with a sea view where you will experience peace and happiness, a children's playground, table tennis, foosball, box games and an infinity pool where you will have a pleasant holiday with your family and friends.

Room Information;

                1 Bedroom;  2 single beds, wardrobe, combination safe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom-WC. 

                2. Bedroom;  1 double bed, wardrobe, combination safe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom-WC.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

Our villa has an outdoor pool with dimensions of 4.5 * 16 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters, a children's pool with dimensions of 1.50 * 3.75 meters, and a jacuzzi with dimensions of 2.5 * 2 meters.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 6.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 6.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. The pool and garden maintenance will come daily. 

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of of 4.000TL for cleaning if you stay under 5 nights.
