Villa Kral; 

         This villa is perfect for a big family or even a group of friends with a capacity of 12 people. Villa Kral has an amazing sea view and is located in Kördere, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya.

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.5*11.5 meters and a depth of 1.65 meters.  We also have a jacuzzi and a shallow pool at the bottom of the pool. this can be used as childrens pool.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 7.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 7.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. For extra clean towels, bed sheets etc there will be an extra fee.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 4.000TL  for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
