• Bedroom 2: This well-appointed bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, individually controlled air conditioning, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa's fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including modern appliances and ample cookware. The inviting living area is designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a stylish coffee table, and tasteful décor.

Pool Information:

Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, which measures 3.5 meters by 9 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool area is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning surroundings.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the property for any damages or losses.

General Information:

All utility costs, including electricity, water, and gas, are included in the weekly rental rate. The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A dedicated villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
• A supplemental cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays of 6 nights or less.
