Located in the working area of ​​Fethiye, one of Fethiye's unique holiday destinations, our villa sleeps six people and is nestled in nature, close to the sea. Our villa's location offers the freedom of entertainment and the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. Villa Konfor Doğu is located right next to our villa.

Room Details:

Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

Our villa is equipped with all the kitchenware you need. Our living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Details:

Our villa features a 3.5x7.5 meter pool with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A 5,000 TL cash damage deposit is required upon arrival. Upon check-in, if no damage is detected, your deposit will be refunded in cash.

Important Information:

The pool and garden are regularly maintained by staff once a day. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price. There is no additional charge. The villa is kept clean and tidy daily and cleaned once a week.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights. For stays of less than 5 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee will be charged.
